Meet Your Instructor

 

Ray Hayes started dancing at the age of 5 in Ballet and Jazz. In 2013, she discovered a love for partner dancing while directing a Lindy Hop (Swing Dance) performance team in Orange County, CA.

 

In 2017, Ray was hired at Chapman University to teach Salsa, Bachata, West Coast Swing, and Fusion Dance. Not only does she teach locally in Chico, but she also has been invited to teach in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Palm Springs, Dallas (TX), Jacksonville (FL), and Seattle (WA).

With over 10 years of teaching Wedding Dance, Ray specializes in two-left-feet and creating beautiful dances for your special day.

Private Lessons are available for couples, mother/son, father/daughter, and other duos. Group dance choreography is also available.
